Audi 3 Button Flip Car Key Cover - Handmade Cowhide Leather - Fits A3, A6, Q7 & more

An Audi key wears fastest at the corners — the paint fades where your thumb lands, and the buttons go shiny long before the electronics fail. This cover wraps the fob in handmade cowhide leather so the wear lands on the cover instead of the key.

Will It Fit Your Key?

This cover is cut for the Audi 3-button key — the shell shape and button layout illustrated for this listing. Before ordering, check your own fob against that key shape: the number of buttons, the order they sit in, and the outline of the shell. Audi changed key shells between model years, so two cars that look identical on paper can use different keys. If anything looks different, message us before you buy and we will confirm it for you.

Compatible Models

Grouped by the option you select at checkout (Type):

3 Button
Audi A3 / S3 / RS3 (8V Generation): 2012 – 2020
Audi A6 / S6 / RS6 (C6 Generation): 2005 – 2011
Audi Q7 (4L Generation): 2006 – 2015

The list above is not exhaustive — it covers the models we have confirmed so far, and one key shape is often shared across more cars than any list can show. If your model is not listed, compare your key with the key shown for this listing: if the shape and the button layout match, the cover fits. Still unsure? Send us a photo of your key and we will confirm before you order.

Handmade Cowhide Leather, Cut to the Button

Each cover is cut and stitched from cowhide, so the grain and the stitch line vary slightly from piece to piece. The leather sits over a moulded frame that holds the shape in a pocket. Every button opening is cut to the original key, so the rubber stays fully exposed and the press still feels like the bare remote. The lining is smooth, so sliding the fob in and out does not scuff the plastic, and the leather does not block the signal — keyless entry and push-button start work as before.

Colors and What You Get

Available in Black, Blue, Brown. Each order includes one leather key cover. The key fob itself is not included.

FAQ

Will push-button start and keyless entry still work?
Yes. The cover leaves the key surface and the antenna area clear, so signal strength is unchanged.

Do the buttons still press properly?
Yes. Each opening is cut to the original button, so you press the rubber directly rather than through leather.

How do I install it?
Slide the fob in from the bottom, then work the top edge over the shell. Remove the key ring first if the fit feels tight.

Will the leather stretch or fade?
Cowhide softens with use but keeps its shape. Keep it away from prolonged sun and water, and it will age evenly rather than crack.
